B Street Theatre Welcomes Liz Baidoo as New Associate Executive Director

Sacramento, CA —  On Tuesday, Aug. 27, B Street Theatre announced the appointment of Liz Baidoo as its new Associate Executive Director. Baidoo’s addition to the team marks an exciting development for the theater, known for its vibrant performances and its community engagement.

Before joining B Street Theatre, Baidoo served as the Marketing and Community Development Director at Celebration Arts, Sacramento’s premier Black theater, which now occupies the former B Street space at 2727 B St. Her work at Celebration Arts significantly elevated the theater’s profile and community engagement.

Baidoo also brings substantial corporate experience from VSP and has made notable contributions as a freelance marketing consultant. Her client roster includes prestigious institutions such as the Crocker Art Museum, Sojourner Truth African Heritage Museum, and the Manetti Shrem Museum of Art.

In her current role, Baidoo facilitates the Professional Arts Leaders of Sacramento (PALS), where she leads monthly discussions with top arts leaders to advance support for Sacramento’s arts organizations.

With her extensive background in marketing, community development, and leadership, Baidoo is well-positioned to contribute to B Street Theatre’s continued growth and success. Her appointment is anticipated to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the organization.
